松柏嶺金萱烏龍茶的特色包括：清香淡雅、獨特奶香、口感滑順和高CP值。此茶結合了松柏嶺的在地環境優勢與金萱茶品種特性，在適度發酵下，能產生豐富層次的茶韻，既有茶香也有花香，風味清甜、不苦澀，是廣受歡迎的平價茶款。 

主要特色
茶香與花香豐富：以清香和淡雅的花香為主，混合了金萱品種獨有的天然「奶香」，如桂花、夜來香等香氣。

口感甘醇：茶湯清甜、不苦澀，口感滑順，帶有喉韻，且冷熱飲皆宜，久喝不膩。

外觀與水色：茶葉外觀墨綠鮮豔、條索緊結，沖泡後茶湯呈現金黃明亮，色澤清澈。

環境與產地：產自南投名間鄉的松柏嶺茶區，該區海拔約在200至400公尺，氣候涼爽、土壤肥沃，為茶葉提供了優質的生長環境。

經濟實惠：由於主要種植金萱、翠玉等適合機械採收的品種，並採用機械採收，大大降低了成本，因此松柏嶺金萱烏龍茶成為經濟實惠的代表，市場上廣泛流通。

「三綠」特色：乾茶、茶湯和茶葉沖泡後的茶底呈現「乾茶綠、湯色綠、葉底綠」的特色，是松柏長青茶的代表性特徵。
